Superfeet Yellow Insoles are rigid full length arch support inserts designed to fit the exact heel to toe profile of running and trail running shoes and track spikes.
They feature an elevated heel and biomechanical shape that help to stabilize your foot providing maximum support, balance and shock absorption while running. The low profile insole shape helps to stabilize your foot and improve energy transfer for greater power, control and comfort while running. They can fit most footwear with an elevated heel of one inch or more. The rear and midfoot control points reduce over pronation and stabilize the midfoot with a one and a half inch ramped heel. The Diamond Venting System is designed to align with the perforated outsoles of athletic shoes for improved air circulation around the foot. The durable and lightweight polypropylene stabilizer cap provides optimum underfoot control and flexibility aswell as providing structure and support to the foam layer. The accommodating deep heel cup cradles the heel’s fat pad for improved natural shock absorption, comfort and stability. As the heel is the foot’s first point of contact with the ground, Superfeet Yellow’s deep heel cup design absorbs shock and initiates proper bone alignment. From heel strike to toe off, the high density full length foam supports and provides comfort for the entire foot. The elevated heel increases the surface area in contact between your foot and the midsole.
The top cover of the insole is treated with Algion an oganic, environmentally friendly anti microbial coating which reduces bacteria and helps prevent foot odor. The insoles can be trimmed to size, are water resistant and latex free and are suitable for low to medium arch types. They are ideal for the treatment and prevention of Achilles Tendonitis, Arch Pain & Arch Strain, Bunions, Flat Feet & Fallen Arches, Over Pronation, Plantar Fasciitis, Sever’s Disease, Shin Splints. The insoles have an arch height of 25mm, a thickness at the forefoot of 2.75 mm while the thickness at the heel is 3.5 mm.
